放寬連續性合約規定法案刊憲

《2025年僱傭(修訂)條例草案》今日刊憲,修訂《僱傭條例》下連續性合約規定的工作時數門檻,讓僱員更容易符合修訂後的規定,從而享有全面的僱傭權益。

 

修訂將連續性合約每星期工時門檻從18小時降至17小時。假如僱員某星期工時少於17小時,只要該星期及緊接之前三星期的合計工時達68小時,則該星期仍屬於連續性合約的僱傭期。

 

條例草案下周三提交立法會首讀和二讀,如獲通過,新規定會在刊憲六個月後的首個星期日實施。
